Returns

Our unconditional return policy allows you to return your new and unused knife for any reason within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will consider returns on case-by-case scenarios.

Please return items in new, unused condition, with all packaging. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders.

Refunds missing parts will be pro-rated at the cost of the missing part. This includes sheaths, oils, or knife parts such as thumb studs.

Please note that if you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for its return and it must be in good condition when it is received by us. Cost-difference and shipping conditions apply. Exchange eligible for orders made within 30 days of exchange request.
