Forseti Cutlery Knife Warranty

Forseti Cutlery provides a lifetime warranty against defects from the manufacturer. However, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or storage, accidents, loss, or theft. Please note that the following conditions are excluded from coverage:

  • Modifications not authorized by Forseti Cutlery.
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Force majeure events like fire, tornados, hurricanes, or earthquakes.
  • Injuries and damage caused by or resulting from accidents.
  • Damage from slicing on tough materials, prying, turning, flexing, and cutting frozen items, bones, and other hard-shelled edibles.
  • Customary wear and tear, including dull, bent, scratched, corroded, or marked straight-edge and serrated blades.
  • Blades with reduced sharpness, rust, discoloration, and damage in the form of bending, breaking, chipping, snapping, broken tips and G10 handle damage.
  • Damage from using a dishwasher, leaving knives immersed or standing in water, or failing to dry them right after cleaning.
  • Products used in commercial, industrial, or educational applications like restaurants for food service.
  • Cosmetic imperfections.

Forseti Cutlery Wood Product Warranty

Forseti Cutlery offers a one-year limited warranty on our premium wood products. This warranty ensures that the wood products are free from defects in material and workmanship. If any defects are found within one year from the date of delivery, and the wood products have been used and cared for under normal conditions, Forseti Cutlery will replace the product(s) free of charge.

Please note that the following conditions are excluded from coverage:

  • Damage to the cutting board from deliberate or intentional actions.
  • Misuse, modification, or application of the cutting board for uses other than its original design.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Splitting or cracking caused by insufficient maintenance (Use & Maintenance).
  • Corner or edge damage caused by dropping or any impact.
  • Damage from placing the wood product into dishwasher.
  • Damage due to exposing cutting board to extreme heat, cold or open flame.
  • Warping or cracking due to storing of cutting board in excessively damp or humid environment.
  • Products used in commercial, industrial, or educational applications like restaurants or food service.
  • Cosmetic imperfections.
