Knife Warranty
Forseti Cutlery provides a lifetime warranty against defects from the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or storage, accidents, loss, or theft.
Not Covered: Use & Damage
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect, and unauthorized modifications
- Damage from prying, twisting, flexing, or cutting frozen items, bones, and other hard-shelled edibles
- Injuries and damage caused by accidents, or force majeure events like fire or earthquakes
- Commercial, industrial, or educational use, like restaurants or food service
Not Covered: Wear & Care
- Customary wear and tear: dulling, scratches, discoloration, and cosmetic imperfections
- Bending, chipping, snapping, broken tips, and G10 handle damage
- Damage from dishwashers, soaking in water, or not drying after cleaning

Free Lifetime Sharpening
A dull knife isn't a Forseti. Every Forseti Cutlery knife comes with free lifetime sharpening, for as long as you own it, we'll bring the edge back.
How It Works
- Free professional sharpening for the life of your knife, up to three sharpenings per knife per year.
- You cover shipping to us; we sharpen it and ship it back.
- Typical turnaround is 1 to 2 weeks from the day it arrives.
- To start, contact customer service with your order number and which knife you're sending.
What's Covered
- Normal home-kitchen dulling from regular use. If your knife has lost its edge doing its job, that's exactly what this is for.
What's Not
- Knives used commercially (restaurants, food service). Sharpening, like our warranty, is for home use.
- Chips, broken tips, and bent blades, damage falls under the warranty terms, not sharpening.
- Knives not made by Forseti Cutlery.
We reserve the right to decline sharpening service for knives showing commercial-volume wear.
Wood Product Warranty
Forseti Cutlery offers a one-year limited warranty on our premium wood products, covering defects in material and workmanship. If defects appear within one year of delivery under normal use and care, we'll replace the product free of charge.
Not Covered: Use & Damage
- Deliberate damage, misuse, modification, or non-cutting-board applications
- Corner or edge damage from dropping or impact
- Commercial, industrial, or educational use
Not Covered: Care & Environment
- Normal wear and tear and cosmetic imperfections
- Splitting or cracking from insufficient maintenance (see Use & Maintenance)
- Dishwashers, extreme heat or cold, open flame, or damp storage
