Our Dark Academia Steak Knives are forged from 67 layers of solid Damascus VG-10 steel, a high-quality metal that is hard to bend, strong and very sharp. Each knife in this set of 4 has a 5” long full-tang blade as the centerpiece of their construction. Full-tang blade means superior durability and balance. But, just as the poet is nothing without his aesthetic, these steak knives have stylish, ultra-premium ebony wood handles. This set of knives is one that we think is sophisticated enough to grace the kitchens of any Lord Byron or even Oscar Wilde.
